AER was incorporated in Georgia in 1989 and re-domiciled as a Nevada corporation in 2011. The Company intends to engage in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil properties in North America. Internationally, AER intends to evaluate properties for acquisition in Canada. AER will focus its efforts on natural gas and oil properties which are proven developed producing properties which have proven undeveloped reserves that are economically attractive to the Company but are not strategic to major or exploration-oriented independent oil and gas companies. The Company intends to achieve a high return on its investment in targeted properties by limiting our up-front acquisition costs and by developing acquired properties quickly. Our management team will include professionals with extensive engineering, geological, geophysical, technical and operational expertise in successfully developing and operating properties in all areas of operation. |
